Free Table

Post by fuzz_64 » Thu Nov 26, 2009 4:51 pm

Is there a limit on how much stuff I can put on it? I found a number of people throwing away their equipment in the Ottawa area this summer and scooped up a lot of it so it wouldn't go in the trash. I probably have 5x c64's and 5x 1541/1571 drives. Is this too much (or does someone want to lay claim)?

I have had several offers from people simply so they could buy the SID chips for their various sound cards/instruments but I do not like selling working C64 gear to be scrapped for parts. I much prefer it going to a good home where it will be used.

There are no restrictions when it comes to the free table(s) so feel free to drop off as much as you want. Over the years I've noticed that everything gets taken.

Oh gosh... Hope i don't spot too much that I want to take... The wife will kill me if I come home with more computer stuff...

How many 64's can fit in the typical trunk of a car? :)

I had over 50 - 64's along with other equipment in the back of my Hyundai Pony when I bought out Progeni Computers here on Yonge St in Toronto years ago!

Side note: Only got about 40 - A500's in the Pony when I bought out Video-Link of their lower end Amiga's and remaining 8 Bit Hardware.

Great! I could use a couple 1571s. I only have one and it's flaking out.
