Because the cost of conference space in Toronto, and near to the airport in particular, was prohibitively expensive. We felt the Admiral Inn was a good location as it is located right off the QEW, is very near to the Clarkson GO transit station and is accessible by Mississauga Transit.

Where is it you would be coming from?

Pickering, by public transit. The transit cost for me is close to $25 and it's two to two and a half hours each way.

Hopefully there'll be someone else in Durham Region who'll be able to give me a lift both ways, but with the way finances are for me to the end of the year, if there isn't I won't be able to make it.

Yeah, maybe you can take transit part of the way and maybe you can carpool with someone the other half of the trip.

Hurray!

You need a table, yes Jim? Apologies if you've asked already. I'm a bit scattered at the moment.

I've got my hotel booked. I plan on driving up from West Lafayette on Friday and returning Monday.

I thought that information was on the World of Commodore webpage but it appears to have been lost in one of the edits (I'll add the info later). The event officially starts at 10am and ends at 10pm with a dinner break between 6-6:30pm until 8-8:30pm.
